In dev mode the Dev UI (/q/dev-ui) shows a Topaz card with:

A link to the console of the Dev Services container, present when the Dev Service runs with
quarkus.topaz.devservices.console-enabled=true(the default). - Policies

The policy modules loaded in the authorizer, by id and package path, from
ListPolicies. - Manifest

The directory manifest YAML, from
GetManifest.
The policies and manifest pages call Topaz through the application’s own client, so they also work against a Topaz you configured yourself.
